Returns and Exchange

You can return all or part of your order within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To arrange a return, please send an email to info@joellani.com stating your order number and reason for the return. We will send you a return form, simply complete the form and ship it along with the unused product and its original packaging.

If the return conditions of safety and hygiene are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products within 5-7 working days.
